The consumer price of natural gas will go up and down with the actual cost to the City of Howard. You will see this as a separate item on your bill. Prices will be re-evaluated monthly. Click on the title to view the resolution.
Howard City Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 7:30 pm at the Howard City Office 110 N Pine. Dates may be rescheduled as needed
Your City bills can be paid from your bank account on the 10th of every month. There is no charge for this service. We must have a signed form on file. You will still get a copy of your bill as usual. Call or come in the office for details!
Please remember that our city gas and water meters are read near the 15th of each month, so your bill due Sept 10 is paying for your utilities from about the 16th of July to the 15th of August.
We are receiving an increase in reports of dogs running loose. Dogs will be impounded and we have to follow all the State required steps to get them released.
